Oh, what have I done?

It’s barely half past one

Forgive me for my sins today

When I rose from bed

I had it in my head

That it would all go down this way

The melting of the sun

Reminds me of my evil ways

I hurt the one I love

And then I drove him off

And now I’ll be the one to pay

I told him I never loved him

I lied, oh how I lied

And he looked right through me

And he ain’t comin’ back

Oh, what have I done?

The dark has finally won

How will I face another day

I’m holding up my head

But my soul is nearly dead

And now I want to run away

If only I could run away
