Well today is the nicest one yet. I\u2019ve&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/aliceandtherabbithole.com\/2020\/04\/painting-in-the-dark\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">painted furniture<\/a>, I\u2019ve hung a gallery wall, I\u2019ve ordered plants galore. Fun!&nbsp;The whole family unit made a surprise appearance during one of the songs. I\u2019m feeling a need for more connection, less hibernation. I rely on my&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.evefleishman.com\/blog\/page\/yoga.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">yoga training<\/a> to guide me through shifts in seasons and surroundings, as this is my first springtime in NY.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Back in SF, I led an exploration of seasons and chakras. Ritual is such an important part of self-care. My aunt&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.balboapress.com\/en\/bookstore\/bookdetails\/521742-Celtic-Cycles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrote a book<\/a>&nbsp;about it, and I use this as part of my teaching. We are now midway through our spring-to-summer transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m planning to host an&nbsp;<strong>online meditation session<\/strong>&nbsp;for this particular shift of seasons.
