It\u2019s a beautiful rendering of animals who retain their true animal nature (instead of being anthropomorphized) as they navigate an uncertain future. Earth and water play a significant role here, forging community between unlikely comrades. The message: things can change in an instant; we must learn to help each other in order to survive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"FLOW | TR\u00c1ILER\" width=\"720\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6ur2Dm-0Ick?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In our class today, we worked on creating flow &#8211; moving energy, lymph and blood, lubricating the joints and muscles, bringing balance to all of our bodily systems. This is true of each and every one of us. We hold each other up. &#x2763;&#xfe0f;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week in meditation class, we talked about fear. We sang and danced to U2\u2019s \u201cStuck in a Moment.\u201d I shared the lyrics and many people resonated with this:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>I am not afraid of anything in this world\u00a0<br>There\u2019s nothing you can throw at me<br>I haven\u2019t already heard.<br>I\u2019m just trying to find a decent melody<br>A song that I can sing in my own company<br><br>Stand up straight<br>Carry your own weight<br>These fears will get you nowhere<br><br>You\u2019ve got to get yourself together<br>You got stuck in a moment\u00a0<br>and you can\u2019t get out of it<br>Oh love, look at you now<br>You got yourself stuck in a moment<br>and you can\u2019t get out of it<br><br>And if the night runs over<br>And if the day won\u2019t last<br>And if your way should falter<br>along the stony path<br>It\u2019s just a moment<br>This time will pass<br><\/p><cite>&#x1f339;Dance and sing to U2\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/R-BT2yzXP8w\">Stuck in a Moment<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fear is a disturbance of root\/earth chakra. We want protection, stability, security &#8211; but if we stay stuck (heard of \u201canal retentive\u201d?), then we are afraid to move.
