Eve’s greatest passions are music, art and yoga – which she often brings together in the form of keynote concerts, workshops and classes.
As a yoga therapist, she designs practices to build strength/balance while relieving stress and chronic pain. She specializes in one-on-one training, as well as group yoga for corporate events.
Eve’s “Sound Yoga” explores the healthy effects of sound vibration. Making sound – humming, chanting, and laughter – has great physiological benefits: increases circulation, lifts mood, creates focus, and even clears the sinuses. Sound can be used to link awareness to breath, body and mind.
